FluffyTag - Yet another plugin rewrite

I've rewritten yet another plugin. This time it's RN Tag Cloud I've rewritten. And again it's because I wanted a more flexible way to style it. For now it's located here: FluffyTag (zip) but I'll commit it to -extra as soon as it's been tested a bit more.
